McFarlane Park was the location for a recent outdoor jazz festival sponsored by WJST and Intelident Solutions/Coast Dental and others. The rapidly transitioning West Tampa neighborhood is receiving a lot more attention as new homes seem to be springing up everywhere. The recent decision by the City to purchase Centro Espanol on North Howard for more community events has also been an encouragement to this continued effort. Intelident will be relocating their corporate offices from Rocky Point to one of Tampa's historic cigar factory buildings on North Howard.
