Pelagia Trattoria

Stewart Smith, Pelagia's General Manager, had to carry a big smile by the end of the night after his first extremely successful Jazz event on Thursday, June 30. Almost 300 attended the concert featuring smooth jazz artists Fred Johnson, Allon Sams, Les Sabler and Eric Darius. (Allon Sams is a regular performer at Pelagia on Thursday and Friday evenings from 6 - 10 PM and can frequently be found at 42nd Street Bistro in SOHO on Saturday nights).

St. Bart's Island House

The music from Jahfari was excellent as always, it was difficult not to enjoy the over 50 different rums, BUT it was the food that really set this event off. Fresh Oysters, grilled snapper marinated in lime juice with a banana salsa, marinated mojo pork, polynesian ribs, seared ahi tuna, smoked salmon, and I have not event started to scratch the surface of all the wonderful tastes that just kept coming.

Levy Restaurants @ Ray Jay

With the fanfare of a free party and food spread, Levy Restaurants kicked off their new relationship at Raymond James with everything from steak and blue cheese wrap to carrot cake with more layers than you can count. I tried to sample as much as I could for you, but there were more selections than I could handle. The presentation was fantastic.
