IDOL WEEK ? Stolen by Pirates

American Idol will be broacast extensively this week, one local Pirate Krewe is conducting their own Idol event to raise funds for some great causes. The KREWE OF THE SOUTH SHORE MARAUDERS is hosting "PIRATE IDOL TAMPA BAY – ENTERTAINING FOR CHARITY"Saturday, February 24th, starting at 6 p.m., at the CODE Night Club, 1507 East 7th Avenue in Ybor City.This 100% charity event will showcase talent acts from krewes throughout the Tampa Bay area and beyond. The recent rehersal gave a good introduction to the the event's talent and more. A $5 admission will be donated to the MAKE A WISH FOUNDATION and Half of money raised at this event will be awarded to the NATIONAL CENTER FOR MISSING AND EXPLOITED CHILDREN.
