holiday party hors doeuvres, proper food quantity
and planning techniques, garnishing ideas, and
setting a festive table! Chef will also provide you
with a few of his favorite recipes to try at home. The
presentation will conclude with food samplings and
provide an opportunity for the audience to ask
questions.
