Heritage Square brought a large group of supporters to the committee meeting. Wearing t-shirts and making up at least half of the crowd. Many of them were from outside of Tampa - Palm Harbor, Zephyrhills, etc. indicating just how significant this project will be to the entire Tampa Bay area. The main team behind this group founded Coast Dental Services, now under the name of Intelident Solutions. They have already made a significant commitment to the neighborhood with the planned relocation of their offices into a soon to be restored Cigar Factory building on North Howard. Their plans call for NO residential, but rather a festival marketplace, 300 room hotel, spa facilities, farmers market, and cultural center.
